  Just had a week in this hotel from the 16/10/2017 till the 23/10/2017 beautiful rooms and lovely view of the sea me and my daughter Paula and granddaughter Alisha enjoyed it so much it was my first time but their second time. The food was nice the staff spoke a bit of English they tried very hard also they done my 41 year old daughter a birthday cake on her birthday on the 22/10/2017 I say keep up the good work you done a wonderful job. The entertainment was more for kids though I think it should of been a mixture like have some bingo for the older generation but thank you for a wonderful holiday. I met a wonderful family while on holiday shame I didn't give them my address or phone number I would love to have kept in touch with them enjoy your stay Frances and Tracy and husband lol xx

  You lost 3 stars because every time I wanted a drink, especially on a night, I had to queue for 20 minutes with at least 10 other people while 1 member of staff was serving. Sorry, but this is a deal breaker for me, and it was every bar in the hotel. If it wasn't all inclusive and you had to buy the drinks, I reckon the staff would've been climbing all over each other to serve you.

  We booked whilst it was going through a refurb! Reviews were very poor.. we were honestly wondering what the hell we had done!!

  This hotel is fab loved it. All inclusive is amazing food was delicious staff are friendly and helpful. Great if your going with children, as a couple or i went in a group as a girls family holiday. Its not far from the beach or shops. The strip is a taxi ride away but not too far. Loved the holiday definitely will be going back

  Good reception. Great hospitality. Awesome food (buffet), eat as much as you can till you literally drop. Menus were changed daily. The cleaners were friendly and everything was intact each day, after they cleaned our room. Drinks are unlimited for the all inclusive folks. Quality and tasteful wine at our service all the time. I'll definitely go back again in the future.

  On arriving at the hotel, it was amazing from start to finish. The staff couldnt help enough & they work damn hard! Have recommended this hotel lots of times & will go back at some point
